Another neat little thing - we now have our API returning search results as RSS and Media RSS.
If you view a person’s profile you will see a little RSS icon.
This links to a feed which should look good in common tools like Google Reader.
We went with a format similar to Flickr’s for RSS.
We also set up a cleaner version in the Media RSS format, its still a well kept secret but you can get this feed by adding format=mrss to the end of any API search query.
You can also access the RSS feeds for users with a link like:
http://sna.pr/edwardtalbot/mrss
Its not quite the same as having proper ‘follow’ functionality, but it should give people something new to play with as we work towards publishing our API.
